The 'Bleazey Cush Drive'

Designed by Phil Bleazey and now manufactured solely by us, the 'Bleazey Cush Drive' is a well respected upgrade for your Morgan 3 Wheeler. It offers a much more robust solution to the drivetrain than the early 'compensator' system or the later 'Centa' derived system.

Phil Bleazey designed in not only a fully supported inner rotor, but also the ability to easily see the condition of your rollers and replace them if necessary in less than 30 minutes, all without having to remove your drivetrain from the car. 

Fitting instructions to follow.

This comprehensive kit contains:

• Inner rotor in steel
• Outer rotor in 6082 T6 aluminium and pre-fitted Oilite bush 
• Splined hub in EN24T steel
• Retaining plate in steel
• Stub shaft in EN8 steel
• Bearing retaining sleeve in steel
• Counter shaft in S355 steel
• Cush Drive rollers (x4pcs) in an improved high temperature polyurethane
• All necessary fixings (x43pcs) in the correct tensile grade
• Replacement crankshaft washer and nut
• Machine key for inner rotor
• Rear oil seal (as this is an opportune time to change it!)
• Spigot bearing for clutch input shaft
• Alignment dowels to aid assembly (x2pcs)
• T-handle hex driver, ratchet drive wrench and hex bit for easy rollers servicing or replacement
• Tube of silicone grease for initial lubrication of rollers
