Volvo Penta Hull Cover For 110, 120, 130, 150 And Ms25S Saildrive

Quality aftermarket rubber hull mounting covers for Volvo Penta 110, 120, 130, 150 and MS25S saildrive's.

Our covers are suitable for the following saildrive models:

• Option 1 - S110S S120C, 120SB, 120S-E , 120S-D, MS25S-A, MS25SR-A saildrives. Equivalent to Volvo part number 22303438. The cover has a total dimension of 317x 237mm, with the internal 'raised' section having a dimension of 227x107mm. Note that Volvo Penta no longer supply this cover and supercede it to the alternative below. But it is different in some important aspects, which is why we have put it back in to manufacture. For simple identification, note the position of the drain hole.

• Option 2 - 130, 130S, 130SD, 130SR 150S 150S-C, SRC 150SR saildrives. Equivalent to Volvo part number 21506667, The cover has a total dimension of 335x 250mm, with the internal 'raised' section having a dimension of 235x110mm. Note the differing position of the drain hole.

These covers often come peel away from the hull due to poor bonding. We have therefore tested the cover material with various types of sikaflex, polyurethane and silcone sealants to find which gives the strongest bond to the neoprene cover. The clear winner was JB Weld Ultimate Black Silicone Sealant, which we now offer as an additional option.
