Order cancellation

If you are a consumer, not a business, and you are not purchasing products from Parts4Engines ltd for purposes which are wholly or mainly in connection with any business you may have, or trade you run, you have the right to cancel the contract formed with us when you purchased products on www.Parts4Engines.com. You can cancel the contract for any reason and at any time within the 14 day cancellation period.

Right to cancel

You may cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. If you ordered multiple products in a single order and we ship those products in separate deliveries, the cancellation period will end on the 14th day after the last package was received.

If you have not received your order within 30 calendar days then you can legally cancel. However you must notify us within 45 days or the order being placed for us to be able to process a refund.

How to cancel:

  • Please let us know you are wish to cancel an order by email or phone. This should be before the end of the 14 day cancellation period.
  • Returned products should include any original packaging (Transportation packaging excluded), and unopened when possible.
  • After notification you have a further 14 days to return the package.
  • Please remember to include your order number, name and the reason for return.

Faulty Products

If you’ve been unlucky enough to receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible stating your order number and the nature of the fault.

Refunds

We are not obliged to refund until we receive the products back. On occasions we may accept proof of shipping. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method, and keep your proof of postage. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Once the return has been processed we will notify you via email. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from any reimbursement for loss in value of any products supplied. If the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. Additionally, if the returned item cannot be resold we may be unable to offer a refund and it may be returned to you at your cost or the item may be destroyed. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note, if you cancel the order once shipped, you will have to pay the cost of return.

Order not arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please notify us immediately so that we can investigate. If we're unable to locate your order, or you wish to cancel, you must do so within 45 days of your order being placed otherwise we are unable to process a refund.

Returning items from a country outside the UK

Items returned from outside the UK may incur a customs charge unless the correct customs declaration has been attached to the parcel identifying the package as a return.
