Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business or trade purposes), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
If your order includes multiple items shipped separately, the 14-day cancellation period starts from the day you receive the final package.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund. However, please notify us within 45 days of placing your order so we can process your refund efficiently.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The reason for cancellation
Returning Your Order
- Once you notify us of cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product(s).
- Items should be returned in their original packaging, if possible.
- You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but if the item has been used beyond this, we may deduct a refund amount to reflect any loss in value.

Refunds
- We will process your refund once we receive the returned item(s) (or acceptable proof of shipping). We recommend you use a trackable shipping method, and keep your proof of postage. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
- Once the return has been processed we will notify you via email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- If we are unable to issue a refund via the original payment method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Important
- If the returned item cannot be resold due to use, damage, or missing parts, we may be unable to issue a refund and may return the item to you at your cost or dispose of it.
- If you cancel after the order has been shipped, you will need to cover the cost of returning the product.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Your name
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the fault (if applicable)
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Orders That Haven’t Arrived
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us so we can investigate. If we cannot locate your order, or you wish to cancel, you must notify us within 45 days of placing your order to be eligible for a refund.
Returning Items from Outside the UK
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure that the correct customs declaration is attached, marking the package as a return.
Failure to do so may result in customs charges, which you will be responsible for.
