How good are your aftermarket parts?

We strive to source and manufacture high quality
aftermarket parts that are comparable to OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts.  We actively monitor and check all new parts to make sure they meet our high standards.

We only offer aftermarket if we can offer a significant cost-saving or the original part is no longer supplied by the original manufacturer.

All our aftermarket parts come with a 1-year guarantee. We've supplied parts to 85,000+ satisfied customers and have an average 4.8 star rating from these customers.

Do you offer guarantees?

Every aftermarket part we sell comes with a 1-year guarantee. The guarantees for branded/OEM parts may vary so please check on the brand's website for more details.

My order has arrived damaged

Please use the contact us link to alert us of the problem and include your order number. Please take some photos of the damage package or parts. We will ask you to forward photos of the damage after contacting you and will try to resolve this as soon as possible.

I've received the wrong item

If we have incorrectly supplied an item we will attempt to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please use the contact us  form and include your order number. We will contact you and may request photos in order to understand the issue.

Shipping

How much will shipping cost?

If you're in the UK, you'll pay £3.95 for orders less than 15kg (except Highlands & Islands)and £9.95 for orders over 15kg.

Worldwide shipping varies from day to day as we pull live rates from couriers. We don't add anything to the shipping cost, you pay only what the courier charges us.

Do you ship to my country?

We can ship to any country worldwide with the exception of Russia and Belarus.

How quickly will my order arrive?

In the UK, all orders should arrive within 48 hours.

European orders can take 3-5 days to arrive.

Orders to the rest of the world can take up to 7 days to arrive.

My order hasn't arrived yet

Please check the following:

  1. Find your parcel's progress using the tracking number and link in your email confirmation of shipment.
  2. Check if an 'attempted delivery' card has been left for you, or your neighbours have accepted your parcel, or your order might be waiting at a local Post office or delivery depot.
  3. If you still can't find your parcel, please contact us here.
Can I change or add something my order?

We can make amendments to your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please call us on +44 (0)1142728626 to let us know the changes you'd like to make.

VAT, Customs & Duties

Do I have to pay VAT?

If you're in the UK, VAT is automatically added to your order at checkout.

If you're in the outside the UK, you won't pay VAT at checkout, but will likely have to pay customs charges/import duties to the courier. This can differ from country to country, so please check your local regulations for more guidance.

Note: Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to duties and VAT at checkout. Learn more.

Can I pay import duties when placing my order?

Yes, if you are in the EU, you can order using Delivery Duty Paid via FedEx on orders below £300. The duty cost is included in the shipping rate and isn't listed as a separate item at checkout. The courier will add a small charge for this service - see table.

Note: Not available in Greece and Portugal.

If you can add an item to the basket, it's in stock.

I can't log into my account

We've recently migrated to a new ecommerce platform and unfortunately some customer account data was lost. You should have received an email inviting you to create a new account. Please add in your address details.

Where is my order history?

We've recently migrated to a new ecommerce platform and we're still working on importing your historical orders. This should hopefully be completed by 31/05/2024.
