Terms of sale
A contract between you the customer and Parts4engines Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted through this online shop or over the telephone. This does not affect your statutory rights. All purchases must be paid for in full before delivery and we will continue to own any goods sold until payment has been received.

Alternatively we are more than happy to accept UK bank cheques or you can transfer monies directly into our bank account by BACS or IBAN transfer (contact us for details).

UK Pricing
All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT on UK sales will be applied at the 'checkout'.

Import duties (Non-UK)
Import duty is a tax collected on imports and some exports by a country's customs authorities. It is usually based on the imported good's value. If you are a customer outside of the UK, an additional charge for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Parts4engines.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Refusal to pay import duties may result in the parcel being destroyed by the courier or a return shipping cost which may be higher than the original amount paid.

Order returns
If for what ever reason you change your mind on your purchase we are more than happy to offer you a refund, less delivery charges. Please return your purchase in its original unopened condition within 14 days.  Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage for returned items unless of course the items are faulty or the reason for return is our mistake. For further details see Returns.
