We've recently migrated to a new ecommerce platform and while on the whole the migration was a success, unfortunately there have been some teething problems and we've not yet been able to move customer accounts across from the old website. Because of this, unfortunately your old password won't work and you'll need to create a new customer account.
All customers with an account on the old site were sent an email on 16/05/2024 inviting them to create a new account.
This also means that your previous order history won't show on your account, however we've working on importing these and it should hopefully be completed by 31/05/2024. We thank you for your patience while we resolve this.
