Volvo Penta D2-55 Exhaust Outlet Gasket Kit

Aftermarket Volvo Penta D2-55A to D2-55F exhaust outlet gasket kit for all marine versions. Kit contains quality hand cut gaskets made in the UK, enabling easy servicing of the exhaust outlet. This type of exhaust outlet frequently suffers from internal corrosion which can cause the engine to overheat. We recommend regular removal of the outlet to check the water ways.

The kit includes:

• x1 Outlet gasket (Replaces Volvo part number 859834 for version A to B)
• x1 Outlet connector gasket (Replaces Volvo part number 859835)
• x1 Free 5ml Hylomar sealant with UK orders

Note that we're unable to ship the Hylomar sealant outside of the UK.
