Aftermarket Volvo Penta MD20340 heat exchanger caps with the correct pressure relief spring and designed to fit all versions.

We offer two options:

• A standard zinc plated steel cap with a stainless steel spring and brass internals or
• An Repaired double sealed 304 Stainless steel cap with a stainless steel spring and brass internals, ideal for a marine application.
• Note that this cap will not fit versions of these engines fitted with a remote expansion tank.
