Perkins Engine Paint
A range of quality aftermarket enamel engine paints which are an accurate match for the original Perkins paints and are manufactured in the UK solely for Parts4Engines. Perkins have used a wide range of paint colours over the years and the explanatory list below will help you decide which one you need.
- Marine Blue - A solid colour used by Perkins on early marinised engines such as the 4.108M, 4.236M and 6.354.
- Dark Blue - A solid colour used on industrial versions of Perkins engines produced from the Late 1960’s to 1990.
- Metallic Blue - A metallic colour used by Perkins on their Prima range (M50, M60, M80T) and Sabre marinised engines.

These paints are high quality, '2 hour' drying time one-part Synthetic Alkyd Enamel. They offer fast surface drying, good through drying even in thick films and outstanding film hardness and toughness. In addition, yellowing is minimal even after prolonged exposure to higher temperatures.
