Perkins 4.154 DPA Injector Pump

We are pleased to offer fully reconditioned Perkins 4.154 (early UK and US version) injector pump service. Your pump is disassembled, completely cleaned, inspected and all worn parts are reconditioned or replaced. The pump is then reassembled using all new seals and gaskets and then extensively calibrated. To finish off the job properly you are going to need to replace the pump to block gasket and the fuel line 'olives', so we include these in the box!

Please note this repair service usually takes 7 to 10 days from receipt of your pump. Return shipping timescales will then be dependant upon your worldwide location.

Please note that the pump you are sending must be capable of being repaired, i.e. no broken or missing parts. Any residual fuel should be drained from the pump before shipping and please also seal in a plastic bag. For UK customs import duty purposes, if you are outside the European Union please describe the pump as requiring repair and enter a low (0 to 10 US dollars) or 'nil value' to the package. Please make sure it is securely packaged and return to the address above.
