A very comprehensive, aftermarket set of gaskets and seals for Volvo Penta D2-75 engines. Set includes:

  • Laminated steel cylinder head gasket
  • Sump gasket
  • Timing cover gaskets
  • Water pump gaskets
  • Inlet and exhaust manifold gaskets
  • Turbocharger gaskets
  • Thermostat cover gaskets
  • Rocker box moulded nitrile seals
  • Exhaust outlet gaskets
  • Valve stem oil seals
  • Injector copper washers and leak off rail washers
  • Various ancilliary 'O' rings
  • Front and rear crankshaft seals (optional)

Please note that two thicknesses of cylinder head gasket are used on these engines and that these are not interchangeable. Using the options above please therefore choose which gasket set you need by checking your engine number (e.g. choose option 'C' for a D2-75C).
