Shipping Options
- Option A – DPU (Delivered at Place, Unpaid): We offer this service via DHL. This option is available for all order values. If selected, you will be contacted by the courier before delivery to pay your country’s VAT and any disbursement fees. Payment can usually be made via an emailed payment link.
- Option B – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): If you choose this option, there will be nothing more to pay upon delivery. All import duties, taxes, & customs fees are already covered. Your order will arrive at your door with no extra charges. We strongly recommend this option when possible.
We ship globally via DHL. You can choose from an Express or Economy service depending on your location. Courier rates vary considerably depending on your location however, the delivery times are usually very similar so it's worth choosing the cheapest option available.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the parcel has been processed, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Brazil: We will require a CPF or a CNPJ tax number before we can ship orders to Brazil.
Russia Federation / Belarus: We no longer ship to Russia or Belarus directly or indirectly via a freight forwarding company.

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but not all orders are shipped on the same working day. Our couriers typically collect between 15:00 – 16:00 (GMT), so orders placed after 14:00 are usually dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday and Tuesday, but due to a high volume of weekend orders, some Monday orders may not be dispatched until Tuesday or Wednesday.
Sales Tax & Import Duties
If you refuse to pay import duties, the courier may destroy the parcel or return it to us. Return shipping costs can exceed the original shipping fee, and any associated costs may be deducted from your refund.
