Volvo Penta MD2040 Silicone Coolant Hose (37cm)
A high quality aftermarket silicone coolant hose for all versions of the Volvo Penta MD2040. Manufactured solely for Parts4engines, this silicone hose represents an improvement in materials in comparison to the original rubber hose. Silicone hoses increase longevity in the marine environment as they are impervious to both oil and antifreeze and with a 3-ply braided construction our reinforced hose has a higher burst pressure.
This hose offers increased safety factors as well as significant cost savings when compared to the original part. It is fitted between the Sea water pump and the Heat exchanger. For the following engine versions:
