Perkins HT6.354 Engine Overhaul Kit

A comprehensive, quality aftermarket kit which includes the major components that you will need to overhaul your tired and smoking Perkins 6.354 engine! With Perkins no longer supplying some parts, we have put back into production the correct pistons for this engine, based upon the original design drawings. The quality is second to none!

This overhaul kit includes the following parts:

• Cylinder liners x 6 - (standard liner size)
• Pistons x 6
• Gudgeon pins x 6
• Gudgeon pin circlips x 12
• Piston ring sets x 6 - with our improved chrome faced top ring.
• Small end bushes x 6
• Connecting rod bearing set
• Main bearing set
• Crankshaft thrust washer set
• Top gasket set - includes our improved viton rubber rocker cover gasket.
• Cylinder head gasket. A top quality laminated head gasket with silicon beading. An improvement on the early copper gasket.
• Bottom gasket set - includes gaskets for marine versions (Does not include the split sump gasket)
• Front and rear crankshaft oil seals
• Fuel lines washers and seals
• Tube of quality gasket sealant

This kit is put together by ourselves using our knowledge of these engines and our desire to offer only the highest quality parts.
