Aftermarket Volvo Penta 2002 heat exchanger service kit. We recommend regular servicing of the heat exchanger to avoid overheating problems caused by blockages from limescale build up and broken up impeller blades.

Our service kit fits the following fresh water cooled versions:

• 2002, 2002B, 2002D, 2002AG, 2002BG

The kit includes:

• Heat exchanger front and rear cover gaskets in nitrile rubber
• Set of seals for the four connection pipes
