Volvo Penta D2-40 Heat Exchanger Gasket & Seal Kit

Aftermarket Volvo Penta D2-40 Heat exchanger gasket & seal kit includes:

• x1 Head to exchanger gasket
• x1 Exhaust outlet gasket
• x2 Thermostat seals
• x4 Tubestack 'O' rings
• x1 Free 5ml tube of Hylomar gasket sealant on UK orders only

The 'outlet and manifold' gaskets are manufactured from a compressed fibre gasket material composed of aramid, glass & carbon fibres with a high nitrile rubber binder. This material has excellent sealing properties and is suitable for sealing both water, and exhaust gases.  We have chosen this material specially to reduce the possibility of galvanic corrosion associated with the original manufacturer's steel gasket.

• Maximum Operating temperature +350 °C
• Maximum pressure 35 bar
• Non-conductive material
