Perkins Prima M60 Engine Overhaul Kit
A comprehensive overhaul kit which includes the major components that you will need to overhaul your tired and smoking Perkins Prima M60 engine
This overhaul kit includes the following parts:
- 4 x pistons - these are the correct 3 ring pistons with valve cut-outs
- 4 x gudgeon (wrist) pins and circlips
- 4 x piston ring sets
- Main bearing set
- Connecting rod bearing set
- Top gasket set - a comprehensive set including marine options and data sheet
- Cylinder head gasket - top quality and lined with silicon water jacket sealant
- Bottom gasket set - includes gaskets for marine versions and data sheet
- Front and rear crankshaft oil seals
- Tube of quality RTV silicone gasket sealant
- Lucas assembly lube
This kit is put together by ourselves using our knowledge of these engines and our desire to offer only the highest quality parts. They are exceptionally well engineered and are designed for marine M50 and M60 engines and also automotive/industrial versions. Pistons are supplied as standard, +0.5mm or +1.0mm. Main bearings and connecting rod bearings are supplied as either standard, -0.25mm or -0.5mm. To help you choose, please note the following information below.
- Bore size 84.44mm to 84.47mm (standard)
- Main bearing journal diameter 57.00mm (standard)
- Crankpin journal diameter 54.00mm (standard)
