Exhaust Outlet Isolation Kit

Designed to prevent galvanic corrosion of your exhaust outlet.

Outlet bolt holes must be drilled out to 11.5mm to allow bolt jacket parts to be inserted.

Kit includes:

• 4x Polyphenylene sulfide ‘top hat’ bushes
• 4x M8 Thick 316 stainless washers
• 4x M8 316 Nyloc nuts
• 1x Exhaust outlet non-conductive composite high temperature gasket

This kit will fit engines:

• D1-13, D1-20, D1-30
• D2-40
• MD2010, MD2020, MD2030, MD2040
• M20, M25, M30, M35
