Aftermarket Volvo Penta D2-40 Heat exchanger gasket & seal kit includes:

- x1 Exhaust outlet gasket

- x4 Tubestack 'O' rings
- x1 Free 5ml tube of Hylomar gasket sealant on UK orders only
The 'outlet and manifold' gaskets are manufactured from a compressed fibre gasket material composed of aramid, glass & carbon fibres with a high nitrile rubber binder. This material has excellent sealing properties and is suitable for sealing both water, and exhaust gases.Ā Ā We have chosen this material specially to reduce the possibility of galvanic corrosion associated with the original manufacturer's steel gasket.Ā
