Perkins 4.99 Injector Pump (Mechanical Governor) Exchange

We are pleased to offer a Perkins 4.99 DPA injector pump repair service . The pumps are disassembled, completely cleaned, inspected and worn parts are reconditioned or replaced. The pump is then reassembled using all new seals and gaskets and then extensively tested and calibrated.

To finish off the job properly you are going to need to replace the pump to block gasket and the fuel line 'olives'. so we include these in the box!

* Please note that this is a repair service, so we do need you to send a serviceable pump to us. The pump you are sending must be capable of being repaired, i.e no broken or missing parts We are unable to accept a deposit in exchange for the promise a return.

How to purchase. Please add this product to the cart and complete your online purchase. The pump you are returning to us should then be securely packaged and sent to the following address - Parts4engines Ltd, Unit 9, Riverside Park, Sheaf Gardens, Sheffield, S2 4BB, United Kingdom. Any residual fuel should be drained from the pump before shipping and please seal in a plastic bag. Also note the fuel pipe connectors must be attached to the pump. (Not the injector pipes)

*Turn around time* It normally takes 7 to 10 working days to refurbish the pump before we can return it to you.

For UK customs purposes if you are shipping form outside of the UK please describe the pump as requiring repair and enter a nil value to the package. Please make sure it is securely packaged and return to the address above.
