Aftermarket engine overhaul kit for Volvo Penta 2003 engines. Includes pistons, piston rings, gaskets and seals required for an engine overhaul.

• x3 Pistons (spiked bowl design)
• x3 Gudgeon pins
• x6 Piston pin circlips
• x3 Piston ring sets

Cylinder Head & Valve Components:

• x1 Cylinder head gasket, laminated construction with silicone beading around the water jacket areas
• x1 Rocker cover gasket, manufactured from high-grade nitrile rubber
• Rocker cover stud seals
• Valve stem oil seals

Engine Gaskets & Seals:

• Thermostat seal
• Exhaust outlet elbow gasket
• Water pipework seals
• Timing cover gasket
• Front and rear crankshaft lip seals
• Hand crank lip seal
• Fuel lift pump seal
• Fuel governor plate cover

• Injector drip rail aluminium washers

Important Information:

Piston Compatibility: This kit contains spiked bowl pistons. Please check your existing piston design and required size before ordering.

Bearing Availability: We are currently unable to source main bearings for this engine. As a result, both main bearings and connecting rod bearings have been removed from our overhaul kit until further notice. Connecting rod bearings are still available to purchase separately.
