Their purpose is to control crankshaft end float by preventing excessive forward and rearward movement, helping to withstand axial loads generated during engine operation, particularly on engines fitted with a clutch.

The engine variants listed in the compatibility information above require the 2 washer kit containing x2 199266200 thrust washers. Engine variants not listed above may require the 3 washer kit containing x2 199266200 and x1 199266210 thrust washers instead. Please see our alternative listing.
