Perkins 4.108 Reconditioned Engine (Short)

Reconditioned (low hours) Perkins 4108 basic engine block with crank and pistons. Originally used by the MOD as generator engines, which we fully strip, clean and check all components. Engineers then rebuild using one of our engine overhaul kits. The following items are replaced:

• Cylinder Liners
• Pistons
• Piston rings
• Crankshafts are reground and polished as required
• Crankshaft thrust washers ,
• Main bearings
• Connecting rod bearings
• Small end bushes if required
• (Crankshaft rear oil seal and carrier not included)
• 12 month parts warranty on these units.
