Aftermarket Volvo Penta 2003T heat exchanger service kit. We recommend regular servicing of the heat exchanger to avoid overheating problems caused by blockages from limescale build up and broken up impeller blades.

The kit includes:

  • Exchanger front and rear 'O'ring seals in nitrile rubber
  • Exchanger front gasket
  • Free 5ml tube of gasket sealant (For UK orders only)
  • Set of seals for the four connection pipes
